Fred helped my husband and I finally realize the value of having syncmyride. After owning our car many months and being so frustrated with the complexity of this service that we drove to the dealership to h having syncmyride. We knew so little about bluetooth and syncmyride that we were annoyed when a phone call came in and we could only talk on speakerphone. Fred was so patient with us. While he agreed to remove our phones he also explained what we could do if we changed our minds. After giving us over an hour of his time plus a tutorial with the syncmyride web site and in-car demonstration, we both became excited that we own this technology. There were still a few questions while working the system on our own but a phone call to Fred got us the answers. Fred repeated his offer to have us call anytime. Wendy was very frindly and explained every thing to me in detail. She went over the estement with me befor work was done and explained what it entailed. I have purchased over 40 cars in my lifetime. Most of the time the buying experience was ok. And honestly some were less that desirable. I felt this was an open and honest transaction. We were able to quickly agree on a price that I was happy with. They found me the exact car I wanted and delivered it quickly without a hitch. Rod Berger my salesperson, and Bruce Johnson the General Sales Manager were excellent to deal with. If anyone is thinking of a new Ford, I would highly recommend they work with Rod and Bruce to buy a car. Bart More
