Joe, our Service Writer, oversaw the repair of my mother' (former) and my mother in law's current 95 Towncar. We have had the Air Suspension light illuminated for years and spent $1000s on previous unsuccess (former) and my mother in law's current 95 Towncar. My experience with Key Scales was bad due to the length of time it took me to get my car - 3-1/2 hours! Paperwork did not seem to be ready nor was my car because of a spray that had to be put on it. The of time it took me to get my car - 3-1/2 hours! Paperwork did not seem to be ready nor was my car because of a spray that had to be put on it. The dealership had 24 hours to get my car and paperwork ready because I picked it up the next day. Waiting 3-1/2 hours for a new vehicle is unacceptable. I am a Ford retiree. More

Prior to going to Key Scales Ford and meeting Fred Almonte Sr we had gone to 12 dealerships in the Leesbury / Ocala area and priced out numerous cars that we were interested in purchasing. Once we we Almonte Sr we had gone to 12 dealerships in the Leesbury / Ocala area and priced out numerous cars that we were interested in purchasing. Once we went to Key Scales and visited with Fred we felt totally comfortable purchasing a vehicle that would make the trip all the way back to Vermont. Fred at no time pressured us and most importantly he was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and trusting. We felt so comfortable with him that we purchased our car. Fred was by far the best sales specialist we had come in contact with while in Florida which is the only reason why we bought that car from Key Scales. Even after we purchased the care Fred on his own put together a care package and gave it to us for our trip up north. Of course we told all our friends about this expierence and we will be looking to go to Key Scales when it is time to purchase another vehicle!!! Thanks Fred your the best !!! More

I know of no other dealer that would, 1)allow you to use the potential sale auto not once, BUT twice to move your wife from the hospital to home, and again to take her to a doctor appointment, and 2) hold t the potential sale auto not once, BUT twice to move your wife from the hospital to home, and again to take her to a doctor appointment, and 2) hold the car for 2 days with no deposit until I could get back to the dealership.
