Fast and Friendly The entire staff wished me all the happiness with my 2015 50th Anniversary Convertible Ford Mustang ( Yellow)! Fred Almonte did all the work from the The entire staff wished me all the happiness with my 2015 50th Anniversary Convertible Ford Mustang ( Yellow)! Fred Almonte did all the work from the Sales end in an "instant" on top of making it "easy" and doing all my insurance/registration. A couple of the staff helped locate the car I really wanted! I just sat there and simply presented ID. Dan in Finance had all my paperwork ready, informed me of the great incentives I qualified for, and greeted me with a "friendly smile" Don accepted my 35th Anniversary Ford Convertible Mustang and I feel assured it will be or is in good hands with another proud owner. The entire management and sales team along with GM Bruce Johnson, Jeff Wagner, and Mrs. Harriet Scales showed sincere appreciation that I chose their product and recommend to others in the future. Worst Customer Service in the Service Department I have brought my 2014 Ford Escape to Key Scales to every oil change, maintenance and repair; until recently I haven't had any big issues; lack of com I have brought my 2014 Ford Escape to Key Scales to every oil change, maintenance and repair; until recently I haven't had any big issues; lack of communication of few times, but nothing large enough to want to go to another dealer for service. Over the last 3 weeks I have called and left multiple messages for their service department to schedule my next oil change. After numerous messages left with no return I call, I spoke to the receptionist, explained I was trying to schedule my next oil change and haven't received any return phone calls; she states I could just bring my car in and drop it off. So today, I did just that. I was then told that they do not take drop offs and everyone of their employees should know that and their next available appointment would be in 2 weeks. I explained that I had been leaving messages and haven't received any return calls and that the receptionist told me to bring it in. I was then told that they hired a service receptionist to handle the phone call issue and that I could schedule my next appointment in 2 weeks. No THANK YOU!!!! Had they called back 3 weeks ago - everything would have been handled. Called another dealership TODAY; spoke to them on the phone TODAY and scheduled for TOMORROW - now that is customer service! More
