The website needs to be updated to include his name in the drop down so he gets the appropriate recognition (5 star review) for a job well done. I gave the dealership 4 stars because the person I worked with in finance was unfriendly, unhelpful and overall rude. He rushed through the process and did not want to answer questions. His response to my questions was "we'll get to that" every time I asked a question. His focus was on selling the extended warranty. I don't trust that he got me the best interest rate as he seemed to push me to go through BofA instead of leaving the contract open so I could go through my credit union the next business day. This should have been an exciting experience, but he made the end of the process uncomfortable and left me doubting my decision to even by the car. More
