I've been shopping for a 2013 Volt for some time. By chance I came across a forum that quoted an amazing lease deal and suggested that interested buyers should drop in and ask for Rick, the GM. Within a minute of walking into the dealership, Rick took me into his office and found the car I was looking for. With very minor haggling, the deal was done in less than 5 minutes. I have never had a more pleasant negotiation for a vehicle in my life--and I haven't purchased an American car in over 25 years! Rick handed me off to Tony, who took care of the paperwork and did an great orientation of the Volt's sophisticated systems. I highly recommend Keyes Chevrolet. More

Went to buy a Malibu after finally coming to a agreement (we thought) we went inside the finance office and they were showing us a totally different pricing for payments. Unbelievable liar's in that company and all of them are the head guys there. Not the sales guy's. Even the sales guy was surprised that they were lying. I would never go back there again. I rather drive 50 miles away and purchase there. Very dishonest people. And when I confronted them about lying he didn't know what to say. Idiot. More
