I am giving this dealership 1 star just because it is clean, it gets a zero in all other aspects. The staff is crooked. My wife left her sunglasses in our old vehicle when we leased a new one. She called the very next day but there was zero follow up on the staff's part. We sent multiple texts but nothing was done. They were stolen. Then, as if theft wasn't bad enough, the terms on the contract weren't what we agreed on. Shame on me for falling for one of the oldest tricks in the book. I didn't notice until later. Buyer absolutely beware of this dealership!! Try Mercedes of Downtown Los Angeles for a better experience. I will be sending letters to the Mercedes corporate office and the CA Attorney General, and will be filing complaints with the BBB, Pissed Consumers, Consumer's Advocate and various other agencies and review sites. I am considering contacting the local news. This dealership needs to be exposed. I will also be sending copies of the texts confirming the agreed upon terms to all of the above. Shame on this dealership and on Mercedes as a whole if they condone these practices. More

Can't believe this is a Mercedes dealership. Does not meet the standards. Bought a car and left it for a minor issue that should have been fixed in an hour. People who leave five-star reviews must be smoking some drug. Every time I go to service, I get disrespected and thrown to the side as garbage. The service guy has some xxxxxxxx nasty attitude. Its so bad that he shouldn't even be working there. He really should be working as a waiter at some restaurant or something. When I drop off my car, whether a 100k car or a 250k car, I get thrown in the dirt when I ask for a loaner car, BUT they always have a bunch parked out front for god knows who. BMW offers excellent customer service, and they offer you a car for your troubles. It's gotten to the point where I HATE BMW, but I'm sure willing to buy one as my next car so I can get taken care of at the price I pay. More
