Quick Service John was very helpful and got the car out quickly on a Saturday. Everything was handled professionally and honestly. When we purchased the car for our daughter as a College Graduation Present we purchased the extended warranty, which we were told covered everything including BRAKES, TIRES and even LIGHT BULBS as well as Oil Changes. Since she was going off to continue her schooling in Northern California we needed something that was dependable and easy for her to maintain. This proved not to be the point. The SALESMEN and FINANCIAL MANAGER lied to us!!! We were now told it only covers oil changes. This is not the first Keyes vehicle that we have purchased. We also have an AUDI and were completely satisfied with that purchase. More
