I was near the end of my third Genesis Hyundai lease and e-mailed 5 Hyundai dealers within my geographical area with information/terms on what I was looking for in a lease. Ruby Chu, Keyes Hyundai replied the same day, the only one, and followed up with a phone call. Within a few days, we agreed on the lease terms, the car was acquired from another dealership, my current Genesis was returned and I drove off in a 2018 Genesis. Compared to the other 4 dealers, Ruby and Keyes were far superior, just outstanding, an A+, the best professional treatment I’ve encountered through 4 leases. I highly recommend Ruby/Keyes to my family and friends. More

Was able to talk with service adviser Jimmy Molina and noticed he had already checked to see when last service was done and what was done. I requested brakes be checked, to see if there's an oil leak and to do the usual work needed for number of miles car has been driven. Learned there was an oil leak, it was repaired on warranty without charge. Received information about condition of brakes and received necessary information about other work needing to be done. Service was professional and thorough. More
