Salespeople should point out the various changes in the new car (a lease) compared to the old lease. It took them an entire week to put the check in the mail to the main Hyundai Office (as I got a bill to make a payment on the old lease). Carlo was very nice but he said I had a valet key with the new car and it was a mistake he made. Made me very angry!!
