Easy and efficient My key wasn't working. Jimmy Molina did the follow-up for me. I was told initially that new handles would have to be ordered, sent out for painting, My key wasn't working. Jimmy Molina did the follow-up for me. I was told initially that new handles would have to be ordered, sent out for painting, and then installed onto my car. After six weeks, I contacted the dealership again, and was told they came in. Jimmy took care of me from that time on. He kept me posted as to the progress of the handles and finally called me to have them installed. In no time, they were installed and all is well. As good as the other employees are, it was Jimmy who investigated, found my handles, and made my problem his. There is such a turnover in this department, it is nice to see the same face more than once. Thank you for Jimmy Molina! More
Redeemed my car buying experience! I came in for an oil change and found out i needed a tune up too. Then after talking with the repair guy and letting him know about my '15 Elantra, it I came in for an oil change and found out i needed a tune up too. Then after talking with the repair guy and letting him know about my '15 Elantra, it was clear my transmission was messing up, but was still under warranty, so he pushed it through to get a new one! Meanwhile, While the repair tech (i think his name was Mike) was going over his paperwork and what needed to be done, Bobby came over and we started talking about a trade in, which is what i wanted a couple months before. So after going over everything, he showed me the '17 Elantra Value Pack, with all the bells and whistles and i loved it immediately! Had to run to work but came back later on with my husband and unfortunately Bobby had to leave, but asked Johnny to take care of us! So, we went over everything and i let him know exactly what we could and couldn't do. He and his manager (i forget his name) tried the sales pitch thing at first but when we explained they'd get farther by throwing that out the window-they actually did. They worked with us for a couple hours until the numbers were right, and even made sure we got the color we wanted. After everything (10:00pm or so) we went to Lucine in finance, and she was so nice, she really explained all the financial aspects of it, and did it pretty quick too. Overall it was a great experience and i will definitely be coming back her when its time for a new car. Hopefully, ill have the pleasure of dealing with Johnny and Lucine again! More
