Thank you to the Van Nuys staff who took great care of us - starting with Susan and Patti of their Business Development Center who helped us get a pre-approval. Susan was helpful and patient. Patti was very responsive to our e-mail and phone requests. Leo of their Internet Sales was patient with us and he made sure that the deal was right and that we were able to get all features that we wanted - he listened to us and he listened great. He was also thorough to the last detail in showing us our new car's interior controls. Steve of their Finance Department "fought" the banks for us, for a lower rate and other extras. He is a true professional. These folks are good in what they do - they deliver a positive memorable experience for their customers. Would we recommend them to our friends and family? Heck yeah! I had test driven the car (an Ioniq) at two other dealerships, and Johnny had a comprehensive knowledge of all the specs including how the Ioniq beats the Prius. I knew immediately I wanted to do the deal with him. He expedited us too so we were in and out in about 90 mins from agreeing to the deal terms.
