My vehicle ended up needing a few other minor maintenance items and he went out of his way to ensure my vehicle was taken care of and helped me stay as close to my budget as possible. We were also rudely interrupted by another customer that barged into his office and he politely requested that the other customer wait outside while he finished up with me and apologized for hus cistomers rude behavior. Thank you Ryan for your exceptional service, courtesy and respectful behavior. You made this an easy and painfree experience. More
Slightly sour grapes! Both my wife and I contacted our salesperson with specific questions regarding driving "modes" and how to interpret the battery usage meter. Although both areas of concern were addressed, we were left with what we believed to be less than satisfactory resolution. I was also disappointed we were basically left adrift regarding where we can/should go to purchase a Level Two charger--something we must have to make this vehicle practical for day-in, day-out use. But there was a MUCH bigger negative: we explained to the finance person we had an offer of 1.99% APR from USAA and would be going that route. She asked if she could beat that rate, would we be interested in your financing. We said we were open to that possibility. What we were NOT told was she would be running FIVE credit checks! Although I have stellar credit, my rating will certainly be impacted by nearly a half dozen checks in one day! When I found all the credit bureau alerts generated (notifications sent to me), I was LIVID! Had I known she would be doing that, I would have refused, opting to stay with USAA which ultimately wound up financing the car. You MUST disclaim that practice prior to engaging in it IF you ever want people like us to come back again. At this point, that is unlikely! PS, we are delighted with the car! More

He told me about his experience, which made me choose to schedule a appointment with Leo. Am I glad I did. I've never owned a Hyundai before, so I had alot of questions. Leo was just great, he was very knowledgeable of the Elantra, and made me feel very comfortable. I actually left the dealer without any buyers remorse. Make sure you ask for Leo if you want a pleasant experience and get a great deal at the same time. More

He even got me to upgrade to the leather and navigation, which turned out to be exactly the right thing. Although I have previous experience with Brian Sobel at Keyes, but he knew that I would love working with Mr. Hooker. Steve Chung has the coolest contract signing equipment I have seen. And how great to not have all that paperwork; all my paperwork is on a USB drive. I also had questions of the Service Dept, and Ryan not only helped me on the phone, but called me again, to make sure that I was happy. of course, I can't stop singing " Keyes, Keyes, Keyes - Keyes on Van Nuys"... Helpful salesperson, but not a good deal on a car Jay was an excellent salesman and was very helpful. I'm honestly not thrilled with how much we're paying for the lease on our car, but that may be more the fault of Hyundai than the staff at this location. Jay's manager kept saying things like "it's difficult for us to get you the best deal since you're a first time buyer", but the financing specialist (and the paperwork itself) said I was within the Tier 1 bracket and qualified for the best rates. Overall, make sure you shop around. I have friends paying as much for their BMW or Audi leases as I'm paying for a $10,000 cheaper car. The entire process also took several hours even though we were constantly assured it would be quick. It was not. We were there one evening and tried to leave because we had plans. They hassled us relentlessly trying to get us to stay -assuring us it would only take 30 minutes to finish the process. What a joke. We did return the next day, as promised, and we ended up being there over 3 hours. 30 min of that was another test drive, but the remaining two and a half hours was finalizing the price, waiting for people, and eventually going over paperwork. More
