Jordan Balisy is super helpful Had my 2018 Hyundai Ioniq back in the shop because of a poor O2 sensor. I was concerned because it's the 2nd time this O2 sensor has failed. When visiting Keyes Service, I am always greeted by friendly people who I have been dealing with for years. John and Jimmy have always taken care of me and made sure we did the services needed and not the ones we don't. The Techs put a plastic cover on my drivers seat and a paper floor mat to ensure they don't add their shop dirt to my road dirt. They text me with updates and once the work is completed, I am presented with a nicely washed vehicle that has been given a clean bill of health. For the work they do, the prices are solid. The only other place I go for service is another Hyundai dealership when I'm in another State. More
