My first oil change at Keys Hyundai Went in for a free oil change I was promised when I bought my car but that was a year and a half ago. Expected to get a hassle about it. But I didn't. Went in for a free oil change I was promised when I bought my car but that was a year and a half ago. Expected to get a hassle about it. But I didn't. I dropped my car and they had a lyft take me to work so no waiting. They did not try to up-sell me. My service specialist was very polite and helpful. I usually avoid the dealerships cause many of the are shady, which is why I had not gone for over a year but I'll be back there. The oil change if I had paid was less then Jiffy Lube and they gave my car a wash and vacuum and I got yummy fresh baked cookies. All good! More

My car had an issue on Thursday afternoon I made it home, call the dealership and they gave me the phone number for the flatbed service. I called and then about 45 minutes the truck was at my house picking up my car and taking it to the dealership for the necessary repairs. When the repairs were done, they delivered the vehicle back to my house. I never had to step foot in the dealership as I did not want to take the time off work to deal with it. Excellent service and I will be buying my next car from this dealership. More

Went to the showroom, met the internet salesperson who handed me off the a different salesperson. They made me produce the emails that their internet department sent me to prove discounts I said they offerred, then brought out a good price but with payments literally $200 higher than they should be. After pushing back they sent yet another salesman who asked to see my emails FROM THEM and admitted to adding on "dealer costs" that did not appear on the sticker they emailed me. I called another dealer asked about hidden "dealer costs" and they said "oh you're at Keyes". We don't do that. I called another dealer who said they also do not have Keye's added costs. Bought the car I wanted for $200 less a month than Keyes offer on a 3 year lease. More
