I have purchased several cars over the years from my local dealership and have always felt the need to walk in the dealership armed to the teeth with negotiating power. It was a completely different buying experience at Keyes. I had the privilege of working on my deal with Ruby Chu - Internet Sales Manager, who made the process of buying another vehicle the best one I've ever had in my 19 years driving experience. I explained to her that my local dealership was not willing to work with me when I went to them for my purchase. I told her what I wanted to pay, what I wanted to put down and the exact vehicle I wanted which I was able to preview from their online inventory. A few hours later I received and email letting me know I could probably get what I wanted pending a credit review. We reviewed my credit and got the exact deal and car that I wanted. No haggling, no hidden fees and with all available incentives (which my local dealer didn't want to honor despite their advertising). All I had to do was show up, sign and drive. Well worth the 1.5 hr drive to Van Nuys. I am extremely happy with my 2019 SantaFe. Keyes Hyundai has been number 1 in sales in the Western Region for the past few years and I can see why.
