Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and it turns out that the problem that made the light come on was on a recall item, They weren't able to get the part that's needed that day; but it will be in next week at no cost for me, now that's great news, and great service:-) More

Service was good Good service, but not to happy they charged $33 to rotate the tires (about a 10 min job). Most places include that with the oil change. Had a coupon for the oil change $39 and that was OK Only had about 2000 miles since last change, but manual requires a 6 month min change. Don't really think that's necessary. More

Excellent service - troubling work by technician I came in for my 7500 mile service. My service advisor Jonathon Hughes was great. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. When I got my car back I I came in for my 7500 mile service. My service advisor Jonathon Hughes was great. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. When I got my car back I drove out of the parking lot and instantly heard an knocking sound. I went around the corner and came back. Jonathon took the car back downstairs. He told me that the technician had forgotten to re-secure a fender lining. There were three screws missing, thus the fender lining was rubbing against the tire, creating the knocking sound. How can this happen? Wouldn't the technician notice the extra screws after completing the work??? Wouldn't they notice the knocking sound when they drove the car up from the service bays??? Once again, the service advisor Jonathon Hughes was great. He handled the problem in 20 minutes, but the quality control by the service technicians is something they need to work on..... More
