Easy, with minimal pressure. I love this place. It's my 3rd lease from them and I have felt satisfied every time. The staff is super nice and the finance guys are all very respe I love this place. Ruby Chu and Jason Jhee are awesome as well as manger Brian Sobel. I've worked with Jason on my girlfriend's lease (2nd for her) and worked with Sobel on my 1st lease (I think) and most current.
