I came in early I want to thank John Shaw for his kindness and professionalism that he provided me with on my service visit on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017! I came in early that morning with a "check engine light" problem and from the get-go, John reassured me that they would figure it out in a timely manner. After diagnosing the problem, coil pads/spark plugs, my car was fixed and ready to go in an hour and half, less than the time that was projected! I will definitely be returning to this Keyes and look forward to working with John again! Thanks!! (PS-Great donuts and coffee selection!) More

Wonderful experience, except the manager's behavior The staff was very professional except the manager, I believe he was Faizal's manager. He was disconnected and seemed irritated at the time of purchas The staff was very professional except the manager, I believe he was Faizal's manager. When he came in to speak with us about the pricing he did not look us in the eyes and when we were discussing things he was constantly looking and playing on his phone. During the discussion he seemed irritated by us and the pricing we were receiving. We bought the car based on the amazing experience we had with Faizal. The manager had us considering walking out the door with his behavior. More

I checked with many different dealerships all over the LA area, but found Jason Jhee at Keyes Hyundai to be the most honest and straightforward of all the people with whom I talked. He was very thorough in going over the things to expect with other dealerships, and he was completely correct. He offered a price that was very competitive, and in the end, I chose to go with this dealership simply from the experience of speaking with Jason.
