I would never recommend Keyes Lexus to anyone. My brother and I purchased a Cybertruck and, within the second month after buying it, we went back to the dealership to cancel the extended warrant My brother and I purchased a Cybertruck and, within the second month after buying it, we went back to the dealership to cancel the extended warranty because it simply wasn’t something we needed. The finance manager personally told us that he would submit the cancellation request that same day and that there would be no problems. We completed and signed all the required paperwork. That was four months ago. We have not received a single dollar of the refund. Since then, I have called the dealership at least six times. Every time I was told someone would call me back or connect me with the manager, but that never happened. I also drove back to the dealership twice trying to find the same manager who promised everything would be taken care of. He was never available, and nobody else was willing to help. What is most frustrating is that I was given a promise face to face that turned out to mean absolutely nothing. We trusted them, completed the paperwork exactly as instructed, and then were completely ignored. Four months later: No refund.No follow-up.No phone call. No accountability. This has been the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. If this is how they treat customers after the sale, imagine how they’ll treat you once they already have your money. If you’re considering buying a vehicle, I strongly recommend choosing a different dealership. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Keyes Lexus to anyone. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we did. More
