I was in communication with a salesperson (Fajad Mohamed) and had chosen a Lexus RX 350 to purchase. Based on our conversations, I drove over two hours to their location, fully expecting to finalize the deal. When I arrived, I was told the car had already been sold to someone else. I received no courtesy call or update. Instead, they offered to sell me another vehicle — which was more expensive than the one I had originally planned to buy. This was a complete waste of time and showed a serious lack of professionalism. If this is how they treat committed buyers, I can’t imagine the service after a purchase. I do not recommend this dealership. More
