It seems like budget considerations have been imposed on the waiting area - instead of a variety of newspapers, there is only USA Today. There used to be several kinds of fruit, and now only extremely small apples.And the Quality of cookies has gone way downhill. May have to start requesting a loaner instead of waiting. More
