Super helpful, attentive and responsive staff! I took my NX300h in for servicing. In light of the current pandemic, I was impressed by their procedures to ensure a safe and sanitized experience. Prior to taking possession of my vehicle for servicing, they sanitized the entire interior of the vehicle and laid down protective coverings on the driver's seat. The attendants were all wearing PPE so I immediately felt safe and secure. Their status update and communication was also stellar. I received regular status updates via text messages from Danecia and they completed the required service on time so I never had to call to check on my car. I would highly recommend Keyes Lexus for any Lexus owners out there! More
