Cracked windshield Second time leasing from keys Lexus and only 2 months into the lease i found my front windshield cracked. I was really surprised every thing went so smooth they changed the cracked windshield gave me a replacement car for one day. Was really pleased with the results and the service. More

When I arrive, I receive immediate attention. Bill calls me to update me on the service and he always lets me know when the car is ready. When I need a rental car, Lexus provides one for no cost. I am confident that Bill is not trying to sell me something that I do not need. Recently, my car needed major repairs and Bill contacted the company and because I have been a long customer, they agreed to cover a major part of the cost. I love my Lexus and I will continue to go to Lexus service dept. to service my car. More
