I went to Keyes Toyota on Friday to change my lease into a purchase. The customer service was great, the process was quick, and they didn't try to talk me into another lease or a different car like some pla a purchase. I have always enjoyed a new car, but I have never enjoyed the process of buying one( at a dealership). This past Memorial Day weekend, I purchased a brand new Prius! Well I went today and got a new Prius V, and after reading all the reviews online from other people, I wonder if they went to the same dealership as me. I had an awful experience test driving with these guys a couple years ago (they wouldn't give my husband his license back for an hour after we said we weren't buying the car). We decided to give them a sec couple years ago (they wouldn't give my husband his license back for an hour after we said we weren't buying the car). We decided to give them a second chance, but after my recent dealings I would never go back again. The actual sales person (Rene) was very nice (I'd give him a 5) - I really feel bad for the guy given the attitude of the rest of the dealership. We test drove a car and went in to negotiate with another associate for almost 2 hours (mainly over the trade-in value of my car). Once we came to an agreement, they brought in a third person who basically started the process all over. Three hours of my day totally wasted. The most irritating part was that they probably had no intention of doing the deal we had spent 2 hours getting to. Went back again with cash from my old car, and they still gave us the run-around. The dealership I purchased from (Simi) was night and day better than these guys. More

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! I traded in my SUV for a Prius and they robbed me blind. I thought I was getting $5800 for my trade in just to find out I am paying $9000 over regular traded in my SUV for a Prius and they robbed me blind. I thought I was getting $5800 for my trade in just to find out I am paying $9000 over regular price after I signed. They found a way to get it into my payments without me knowing about it. I was there for 7 hours, I was tired and wanted to go home. They lie to you! They would not help you after your purchase! You are history after you signed. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. GO TO ANY OTHER DEALER. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH ONE STAR REVIEW! If you look at any website including this one you will notice that this dealership does NOT have even 1 review higher than 1 star.
