Poor End to end service / Lemon I leased a vehicle that turned out to be a lemon by GM, and they won’t take responsibility and take the car back as requested by GM. I am left in limb I leased a vehicle that turned out to be a lemon by GM, and they won’t take responsibility and take the car back as requested by GM. I am left in limbo and carrying my family in an unsafe vehicle. They’ll sell you a vehicle at not great terms, and won’t claim responsibility on the other end when even GM requests it if them. Horrible place and service where customers and families don’t matter. Never do business with them. Ever! More

Mechanical issues Second time I take my vehicle in for mechanical issues. Service advisor refused to correct detailed explanation of the issues my vehicle is having eve Second time I take my vehicle in for mechanical issues. Service advisor refused to correct detailed explanation of the issues my vehicle is having even after I explained in detail what was going on. Service advisor chose to just put check engine light and service. This gives no insight to service techs as to what issues I am having. Causing me to go back less than a week later. Even after I sent a text message requesting this to be corrected no one ever replied to my request. Seems to me like no one cares about what the customer wants. And I am still having transmission issues and loss of engine power issues. More
