This dealership refused to accept the return of my lease vehicle claiming that I had to be present to sign the return documents, however, this was not This dealership refused to accept the return of my lease vehicle claiming that I had to be present to sign the return documents, however, this was not possible since I was out of the country, so I sent my friend to return it on my behalf. Honda financial informed me that this dealership had to accept the vehicle since it was the original place where I leased it from - which sounds logical to any rational-minded person. After hours of phones calls back and forth between Honda financial and the dealership, I was advised to return the car to Hamer Honda, who accepted the vehicle back with no fuss whatsoever. I'll never buy from Woodland Hills Honda, again - this was my second car from them and now my last. More
