Would not recommend. Went to take my new Honda Civic si (manual transmission) for a basic oil and lube but for some reason had the car on a 20 min test drive without my permission or consent. I saw this o (manual transmission) for a basic oil and lube but for some reason had the car on a 20 min test drive without my permission or consent. I saw this on the GPS and my camera. Then when the service guy pulled my car up to ring me up for the service it starts to roll away and down the drive way and hit a parked car. I was running after it to try and stop it and jumped in before it hit but it was to late and I injured my shoulder. He never put the parking brake on. They still tried to blame me and say it was something I did to the car before I brought it. And treated me like crap telling me to pay for damages out of pocket. Do not take your cars to woodland hills Honda. Akbar is the service guy who I went to and he was the last one to drive the car. More

Do your own Math before signing Buyers beware. These people are crooks. They will flat out lie to you. I have a Masters in Finance. I explain to Allen and Ray how their math does not Buyers beware. They have the nerve to try and justify math despite it not adding up. add to the fact that a mysterious $1,800 is being added and no one seems to understand why. They also flat out told me that "Gap insurance is our commission" and would not sell me the car without paying their commission. If you lease here know that Honda financing owes the car and can go to any other dealer. I will be reporting these people to the City Board and the BBB. More
