I have had both an outstanding sales AND service experience at Woodland Hills Honda. When I bought my car, it was the easiest car buying process I have ever gone through. I've taken my car for oil & filter changes since I bought my car and I've worked with Carlos who is always courteous and so very knowledgeable about what my Civic Hybrid needs. I hope you don’t come across my hilarious experience as a loyal customer from Keyes Woodland Hills Honda Service Department as they intentionally cut the both "right front door wiring harness" and "left fron loyal customer from Keyes Woodland Hills Honda Service Department as they intentionally cut the both "right front door wiring harness" and "left front door wiring harness" of my Honda 2003 Accord to thrive more profit out of my Insurance company. I only dropped off my car to appraise the damages engaging with insurance company. The both door wiring harnesses were totally fine with the connectors attached at the time I dropped off my car. My insurance estimate unreasonably and illegitimately got too high as their service department tried to manipulate the situation. And I foolishly trusted Keyes Woodland Hills Honda dealer to leave my car on their hands. More

I shopped for my Honda at Keyes several times before finally purchasing mine at Kolbe. The Manager TJ and several other of the staff at Keyes were smug, rude, and extremely pushy. They gave us such seve finally purchasing mine at Kolbe. The Manager TJ and several other of the staff at Keyes were smug, rude, and extremely pushy. They gave us such severe attitude when we said we wanted to keep looking! Their reply was "you won't find a cheaper price anywhere else." Guess what?! I did!! Don't forget that if you have a AAA membership, to email AAA directly and provide them with the make and model of the car you want to purchase. They will send you a list of the cheapest dealerships in your area and you can go from there. Don't forget that your Car Insurance company may have WAY better extended warranties then the dealerships. I purchased mine through Geico. Good Luck searching for your new car and don't forget to do your research, never give the dealership your phone number if you are just looking, and stay away from Keyes!! More

They cannot be trusted. My brakes were replaced only 5000 miles ago. I brought the car there for the first time ever for the normal 5000 mile check up when I moved to this area. I'm really surprised by the attitude of the people who work at this dealership. First thing we have setup and appointment and the guy's doesn't honor is appointment time and leaves for home when we showed work at this dealership. I took my car into service for a major inspection. I like to double check things to verify that the work was actually performed, so I took my tire pressure gauge along and and also looked at the tires as wel to double check things to verify that the work was actually performed, so I took my tire pressure gauge along and and also looked at the tires as well as the air filters and the oil before taking the car in. When I got it back, everything had been performed according to spec. I then went to talk to the finance department about purchasing my car. To make a long story short, the got me out of my old car into a new one in a matter of hours, friendly, hassle free and with only a minute increase in monthly payment. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experiences in service and sales at Keyes Honda and would recommend them to anyone. More
