Keyser miller ford is not what it used to be. Used to have a great relationship with their service department. Knew the techs and service manger knew us by name. I brought my vehicle in for state inspection and emissions test and they failed me for taillights and tires sticking out to far. When I brought the same vehicle to them a year earlier with the same tail lights and tires they had no problem passing it. I measured the tires when I got to the dealership and the tires were under that 3in threshold the tech claimed. In the video that they sent me, tech Alexa bush, said “it feels disgusting driving down the road”. Also claimed that “everything is leaking”. Than proceeded to say at the valve covers and vacuum pump which were both replaced a week prior. There was just residual oil left over. In the video they never took the engine cover off so not sure how they could see this. Also recieved a text saying if I fixed the oil leak then they would pass the truck, but what about the tires and tail lights all the sudden? Very dissatisfied, seems like they had a lot of turnover in their service department and it went down hill. I also recived a text claiming they wanted to buy the truck, so I asked them what they would offer. Got transferred and hung up on. Overall very poor experience and we will no longer be bringing any vehicles to this dealership More

Before sale fare price not so easy to deal with. I Spent 6 hours at dealer ship to purchase a vehicle. Cash deal with trade in. Should have been no more than 2 hours. Guess what after sale no service at all. They did not return my lug nut wheel lock. My tires are out of balance and I cannot get them fixed. Don't know if they caused the problem or not. I willing to fix it but I can as I do not have the key for the lugs. Called dealer 4 times Jan 15th had to make 4 calls because I did not receive a call back.. They said they mailed it to me really 8 days later and 2 more calls (had to call twice today as I did not get a call back) still do not have the key. Snow storm coming truck is unsafe to drive. Thanks alot. Great way to start relationship with a new customer. Buyer beware poor or better word appalling customer service. Would never recommend this place. More

Have been going to Keyser Miller for a few years and have never had a problem. The last group of service advisors and manager were very upfront and honest. This time I brought my Explorer in for an inspectio never had a problem. The last group of service advisors and manager were very upfront and honest. This time I brought my Explorer in for an inspection and oil change. Was texted that everything was GREAT with the inspection but was recommended that I do a coolant flush, brake flush and fuel injection flush. After originally saying no thank you, I was guilted into thinking I should get them and since nothing else was needed during the inspection I elected for the coolant and brake flush which right or wrong I have never had done in any car I’ve owned. Halfway through the flush, I was texted again saying that it was almost done, and at my next visit I would need rear brakes and rotors, and also possibly shocks that were starting to leak? I asked how the inspection was GREAT and why this wasn’t said first because I would’ve rather paid for new brakes now and he told me since they were good for a couple months that he thought the flushes were more important. Obviously, that should’ve been my decision to make and also seemed slimy considering he upsold me on the flushes I never would have got. when I came to pick up the car still angry about the deceit and asked about the service advisor and manager I dealt with in the past I was told they were gone and part of the problem was everyone is new. The new manager asked what he could do to make it right and gave me ford points equivalent to an oil change and that was it. When I went back in the next day to tell him what I thought he could do to make it right after I read the inspection report saying front and rear brakes were both needing to be replaced soon. I said I was willing to have both replaced at your shop and what could he do pricewise to make it right? If it was even close I would have stayed a customer and done it but he proceeded to give me a quote that his best price out the door was $500 more than another shop. So needless to say I will never be back and even though I have never left a review in my life I feel the need to help people steer clear of their service department. Whatever turnover in the service department has taken place really is bad for the dealership. All new service advisors and a new service manager along with whatever mechanics were left over….do yourself a favor, just save yourself money and aggravation and take your Ford somewhere else. More
