Wow, where do I start. This has been by far the worst

experience I have had with a dealership. I have bought from Mercedes, Toyota, Acura & Nissan and have never ever faced any of the issues that I did with this dealership.
First off, the sales team is good at what they do, but they are better at saying whatever it takes to make a sale. Even if it means lying about the process and making false promises.
We traded in our car and leased a new Kia, were told that we would have our check for the positive equity from the trade within 2-3days. A week later I find out from an extremely rude finance person that I was misinformed and that they will not send me a check till they payoff my trade-in which in turn will not happen till they get financed by Kia for the lease. And after escalating I get a call from a manager who spews a bunch of less than genuine apologies and assures me that it will be taken car off asap. It took them three weeks to get me my check after several calls, emails and escalating to the owners in Alabama.
The awesomeness does not stop there. Because they delayed so much the payoff amount changed, so when my bank got the check it was not the right amount so they loan is still open! And to top it off our temporary tags are now expired and according to tag office the dealership has not sent the paperwork. So we are stuck with a great car that we cannot drive and a loan that was supposed to be paid off.
Heed the warning and steer clear of this dealership, the cars are great but go to the competition and save the hassles that come with a less than competent and sleazy dealer.
