(I had been to 5 other Kia dealerships, all of which tried to play tricks when leasing, theatrics, waiting, harshness, took so long to edge us on to commit to a higher rate plus extra fees, and they were all so condescending to me as a woman - literally awful experiences trying to get a car) Then we went to Bronx Kia and we actually enjoy coming by to get service and say hi. Dealership lacked in communication. Keith was the only one that actually helped me knew how to get the situation fixed. They barely answer phones. When I went to go pick up the vehicle.
