When I first arrived I explained to the friendly salesperson, Norm that I was only looking and had planned to return to following day with my brother. While speaking with Norm L'Heureux I realized that not only was I not nervous but I actually felt very comfortable so when he offered to "run a few numbers for me" I agreed without further hesitation. He returned very quickly with numbers that I couldn't resist and before long we were laughing and signing paperwork with the finance department! I was very impressed with the entire process and every employee that I came into contact with was very accommodating! I will definitely return in the future and next time without the "Buyer Beware" concerns. Thanks for a great experience and a fantastic deal!! More

New Kia purchase Justin was absolutely amazing! When I went in the first time, I told him I was not buying that day and wanted to test drive first. I let him know I wa Justin was absolutely amazing! Not once did he apply pressure for me to make up my mind! A rare thing these days! I went back a week later after having done all my research and looking at other vehicles. I looked at several other Kias on the lot before test driving the one I ended up buying. Justin answered all my questions about the cars on the lot that I looked at with great patience. The process was relaxing (as far as car buying can be). I got a good and fair trade in on my old car as well. Even as I was making my final decision, there was NO pressure! Justin took the time to answer all my kajillion questions and didn’t rush me as I double checked my numbers and read over the documents before signing them. The paperwork was done in about 30 minutes. WOW! He even called the next day to see how I was liking my car and let me know if I had any questions about any of the features that I could stop in any time. EVERYONE at the dealership was SO professional! I have told everyone how great Kia County and Justin treated me. I will be back in the future! More
