I went in to the dealer and saw a car I liked, took it for a test drive and bought it, all within about 3 hours. They gave me a more than fair deal on my trade in and it all was service with a smile. No pressure and even the upsell was reasonable. All the dealers try to talk you into various extra insurances and such (gap insurance, extended warranty, etc) but even that was painless. Our salesman, Tim Leray was very helpful and followed up with emails and a phone call to make sure we were happy. More

Initially it looked bleak, but after speaking to the service manager I got a loaner (nicer than what I owned) and they took care of the tow. The next day I went in with a list of demands and Steve Applebaum (manager) met all but one (and it was beyond his control) ... Wasn't planning on getting a new car but with the financing and dealership deal I bought one ... They gave me full trade in value for my car and moved my towing package and Thule over at no cost ... I feel like they made it right ... And they will have a repeat customer. More
