I felt they were up front about pricing and I didn't have to go through an exhaustive wear down like some dealers do. My trade in was quickly evaluated. In the end, it was an enjoyable experience which I had come to dread from past experiences. I love the Optima and the 2017 model is REALLY nice. They include many nice features on the LX.
