At the high recommendation of a friend who just purchased a new Sorento from Kia Country of Charleston, I checked out their website & found the perfect SUV so I applied online. I went up there later that evening & was greeted by a Tim Leray who was very friendly & helpful in assisting me with the test drive and any questions I had. The buying process was very simple, thanks to Brian! After doing plenty of research prior to going there, I knew what I wanted to pay & he came through! They honored the $8000 trade in special they had going on & I ended up walking out of there, in less than 2 hours, with a new 2017 Kia Sorento LX for less than the TrueCar price! Tim & Brian made this the best buying experience I have ever had! Tim has also been in touch since & has been so helpful, even just this week with setting up an appointment for the free car wash. I was there for maybe 45 minutes, because I showed up early, & we had a nice talk while I was waiting. Brian also stopped by to say hello. These guys are amazing & know what customer service really is all about! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a painless car buying experience! More
