I have been dealing with Kia Country since 2005, so when my second Kia Sportage was hit while parked, and the insurance company TOTALED! it, I immediately went to them for my replacement. I was lucky enough to talk to Will Hutchinson, who immediately went to work for me. I met him that afternoon and he was a real pleasure to deal with. He listened to what I wanted, patiently walked me through the entire process, and found me the perfect car for my needs. He was knowledgeable, had helpful suggestions, and listened patiently to all my questions. He made the whole process easy and fun! Everyone at Kia Country is great to work with, but I really appreciate the way Will made it so easy! And I love my new (used) car! More

Buyer Beware. Under the guise of 'I love to help people' he 'sold' me a new car , took in my trade in that is worth more than the new car. And put me in a loan tha Under the guise of 'I love to help people' he 'sold' me a new car , took in my trade in that is worth more than the new car. And put me in a loan that is $5k more than the worth of the new car after it drives out of dealership and becomes a used car. The one attractive 'carrot' was that no payments due for 3 months which suited me. - my fault is that I did not leave and come back after 'sleeping' on the terms. As there was pressure- o'oh the car may not be here tomorrw, the loan offer is only good for today' I am afraid in my 'stressed' state- I 'fell' for it. I then realized a few days later that the price of loan is 'upsidefown' . As I did not realize the drop in value of the 'new car' I am an older single lady- and I definitely felt hustled - though a clever and unique trick that new car salesmen can do . They added a markup on new car value plus insurances making the sales price $ 5 more than the sticker price . Buyer Beware . I wasn't fully on my toes and was 'hustled' very smoothly and quickly . This is 'legal' to mark up new vehicles- !! Beware!! Unethical business practices in my book . I was taken off guard for sure. More

I was dealing with Tony Washington, and he was very professional and showed that he really wanted to try to get me where I wanted to be financially when purchasing a vehicle. I ended up buying a 2018 K professional and showed that he really wanted to try to get me where I wanted to be financially when purchasing a vehicle.
