So good we bought TWO! I started getting antsy for a new car, but never even thought to consider Kias. My mom recently purchased a Kia Optima with Lance's guidance and went I started getting antsy for a new car, but never even thought to consider Kias. My mom recently purchased a Kia Optima with Lance's guidance and went on and on about how great of an experience it was and how much she loved her car. I wasn't convinced. BUT as a mom of two little ones, when I saw the Consumer Reports on the Kia Sedona's safety ratings, my interest was peaked. I started researching further about the Sedonas and finally test drove one. WHAT A DREAM! Lance was extremely friendly, a fellow Gamecock fan, and willing to do whatever it took to satisfy our needs as the customer. My husband got the newest Sedona, while I went home with the new Sorento, all thanks to Lance and the team at Kia Country! Lance and his fellow co-workers really went the extra mile to make sure we were getting every rebate possible for the best deal. I am happy to say we are PROUD owners of Kia vehicles! I HIGHLY recommend Lance and the personnel at Kia Country for the best car buying experience! More

First of two stops ended with FIRST stop. When I went by Kia on November 8, 2016 it really was to look at 2017 Sportage and from their to look at 2016 Rogue before I make my final decision. I had been corresponding with Mike Bland through the Internet for a few days as well as a Nissan salesperson. Both were very nice and after telling them the type of deal I was looking for, both assured me "they would work with me." Upon arriving at Kia, I was introduced to Lance Williams who made the process so simple and easy. I rode in back while he drove for test drive as I told him should I purchase vehicle, that would've been an area I would rarely get to sit. I have to admit, the color got my attention first and it was all uphill from there. Wasn't my intent but left driving my 2017 Sportage! Still learning the operations with Lance encouraging me that I am to call him with any questions and/or concerns at ANY time. Couldn't have asked for a better car "looking" experience or a better salesperson. Since then, he has followed up with a phone call to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you, Lance. More

Awesome I recently had to replace my truck after I had an accident and I found a used Xterra at Kia Country that was exactly what I was looking for. I went by after work on a Friday and it was maybe an hour before closing time, even though it was late everyone was friendly and Norm took me out to show me the truck. I am a very difficult and picky buyer, I am a car guy and I know what I want. We didn't get the deal done on the first visit, but Norm and Mike were awesome through the whole process and eventually we got it within my budget and I bought it. I have been very pleased with my purchase. I hope I don't need to buy another vehicle anytime soon, but if I do I will talk to Kia Country first. I was very impressed with the car even though it was totaled she was able to walk away. She made an appointment to talk to Lance at Kia Country. He helped put my mind at ease explaining all the safety feature the Kia Soul offered. I wanted a little more room because I am over 6 foot tall. We travel back to are home state often and usually take her vehicle because of the great gas mileage. Lance showed me the ease of maintenance with this car. He had all the knowledge I needed to know she was making the right decision in a new car. He was able to get us what we needed. Thanks Lance for helping me see that she will be safe on the road. He took his time to work with me and listen to my special circumstances... When we test drove the car that I was looking at, he even discussed and pointed out every detail of the car itself, so much more than I expected, and truly helped me to understand what Kia is all about, way beyond the norm... Jeremy, the finance guru, made it possible for me to get financing that would work for me... And all of it was painless... I've been driving my new Kia Forte for a week now, and I truly love it!!! It is one of the most solid feeling cars I have ever owned, and knowing the safety record also allows me to relax and feel protected... I am a Kia Girl . I had a beloved 2010 Kia Rio. I drive for a living and had such great experience with my Kia. I have owned many cars and my Kia was by far the best . I had a beloved 2010 Kia Rio. It was a very sad day. She was nearly paid off and had a lot of life left in her. I had only thought once of upgrading her to a newer Kia and saw Lance, at Kia Country of Charleston, and we discussed some newer option a few years back but I knew I was attached to her. She had been with me every day as a drive for a living. She never asked for much just a little regular maintenance. Lance kept in touch with me keeping me up to date on the Kia promotions. I think he knew one day I would want to welcome that fun Kia Soul into my life. Lance was great. I gave him a call and explained I had been involved in an accident and jumped into action ready to help. I had explained nearing the Holidays money was tight. He said he had many financing options available and thought he could get me what I needed. He even gave me his personal cell number. I explained I was looking at that cute little Soul. He went through all the features and I knew it was a good match. What an easy transition to a new car. He was able to get me the financing I needed with the vehicle I wanted. It was a just a day from my Birthday and if a new car wasn’t enough, he even gave me some neat little Kia promo items. Lance thanks you so much for keeping in touch.
