I even got a follow up call to check on me from Lance. My previous cars have been luxury Mercedes and BMW but there was no service after the sale. I even two Mercedes in one month and nothing. I think most people would agree that buying a car is exhausting--I've always viewed purchasing a car as a necessary evil and not something I actually WANTED to go out and do or enjoyed. I can honestly say that Todd didn't make me feel this way. He was respectful of my time and made the experience about ME and what I wanted. That was important to me. After leaving the dealership, I noticed a paint chip on my car. I reached out to Todd to let him know that I noticed an imperfection and I was REALLY impressed when he went out of his way to ensure that this chip was taken care of. Kia Country took the car back and re-did the paint job in that area to make it look perfect. You might find different deals at other Kia dealerships, but you're not going to get the same kind of treatment you will at this smaller dealership...and a free car wash every Wednesday! :) More

Great Experience My wife and I have been looking for a new family car for a few weeks. I spent several frustrating days at different dealerships. I would check out there websites, find cars we liked and went to look at them, only to find that most of the time those cars were actually at different locations. The salesman were not very helpful and really didn't care about our wants and needs. They pushed us towards vehicles they wanted us to buy. I called Lance at 9:30am and told him what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. By 10:30 he had called me and told me he had 2 vehicles that fit our wants, needs and price. I showed up at 2:00 and by 4 I drove off the lot with a 2016 Kia Forte. This was one of the quickest car deals ever!! Lance was very informative and pleasant to work with. I would recommend him and Kia anytime. If nothing else at least call and tell him what you are looking for, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again we will be back. More
