He confirmed the availability, we settled on the price, and we purchased the vehicle 10 minutes later. Now, that's service. Todd was our delivery specialist. best car buying experience i have ever had! I went with my mother to buy a new car. I had bought my car from Lance at Kia country and had been so impressed with him that I decided to go back. I I went with my mother to buy a new car. I had bought my car from Lance at Kia country and had been so impressed with him that I decided to go back. I have never before used the same car salesman twice. The second experience was as good, if not better, then the first time at this dealer. From the moment we walked in, Lance treated us with respect and was efficient and was able to answer any questions my mother or I had. She left with a brand new Kia Soul and she loves it. Lance even offered to go over the working of the Bluetooth and the car's other amenities any time my mother wanted to come in. He went above and beyond to make us happy. I would highly recommend both this dealership and in particular, Lance, if you are in the market for a new car. More
