Easiest Car Buying Experience. ever. I stopped into Kia Country with my fiancé, just to take a peek. Was considering trading in my Sportage (that I LOVED!!) for a newer model. And only b I stopped into Kia Country with my fiancé, just to take a peek. Was considering trading in my Sportage (that I LOVED!!) for a newer model. And only because it is 6 years old now, not because there was anything wrong with it. I'd gone to Kia Country for regular service with my Sportage, and I was very pleased with their customer service. So of course, they were the first place i thought of to 'browse.' We were greeted immediately by Lance, and I thought...oh boy, I just came here to look and now I'm going to get harassed. But it was quite the opposite!!! Lance was very friendly, and not pushy at all. He was laid back, let me test drive several models to feel/see the difference, and introduced me to the Soul. Throughout the process, he was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. No hassle at all. It felt like a friend showing us the cars, not a salesman. In the end, he helped me get into a vehicle that I both loved and could afford...again with zero hassle. On a holiday weekend they located a vehicle with the exact package and color that I wanted, and gave me a loaner with the same exact features so I could get a feel for everything before hitting the road in my brand new ride when It arrived. Because the dealership was close to closing the day of arrival, he put me right in my vehicle and promised to detail and add in the remaining list items upon my return to town....and you know what? I believe him. Highly recommend seeing Lance for your next vehicle purchase!!! More

I had an unusual request for him yesterday and he was quick to help. One of our Kias were getting towed to their dealership. The dealership was closing so I asked Lance if he could please stay and let the truck in so it's in the dealership lot instead of sitting outside overnight. Lance didn't hesitate, went right back to the dealership after just getting home and waited to let the tow truck in. Then he handed the keys to service dept. first thing this morning. You never hear about this kind of service. More

We were greeted by Mr. Gibson within a minute of arriving on the lot. We were completely ignored at Toyota down the road and left the lot without being acknowledged there. Kia was my vehicle of choice anyway. David made it a pleasant, no pressure experience. While we were waiting on the Finance Dept. he updated us every step of the way and sat and just chatted. Very straight forward approach with printed out payment/finance options. I do wish customer service would've been open to review the car with us, but Mr. Gibson invited us to come back anytime for that (the only reason for 4 stars in that area). I absolutely hate to go to dealerships and drive cars, buy cars, etc. My husband and I came out of the KIA dealership in a reasonable amount of time with just what we wanted. Thank you for a pleasant experience.This is my go to dealership from now on, since relocating to the Lowcountry. More
