I did that, and he promptly cycled me to one of the salespeople. My "product specialist" name was Elijah and I gotta say, really liked this guy! Being that it was a Kia dealership, it wasn't too much of a surprise that he didn't know a ton about the giant Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 that I was interested in, but he was forthcoming about that and always willing to get additional help to answer any questions I had about it. He had the truck cleaned so I could see what it looked like without the layer of dust that was on it and I appreciated the level of service that he offered. We didn't have any restrictions on our test drive time or distance and that gave me the time I needed to get a very good feel for the vehicle I was interested in. The purchase process was pretty simple and they worked with me a little on the price, approaching what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. All in all, I feel I was dealt with fairly, professionally and friendly. I'd have no problems sending a friend here to buy a vehicle. Thank you! More

I've been dealing with Elijah Tucker for many years and he is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in all aspects of the purchasing process. There's never a gimmick or an attempt to sell you a vehicle you're not interested in. The focus is always on you the customer and your preferences in the vehicle you're interested in. Also, Carlos and Brian are instrumental in the sales process and are very helpful and have the customer's interests at heart always. Mitch, the service manager, is also a very valuable asset to Kia Country, as he runs a very efficient service department along with his team. The sales and service department both offer the best experience I have ever found in an automobile dealership, and this latest purchase last week was, if I'm counting right, my 10th vehicle I've purchased from Kia Country and I plan on staying with them for all future purchases. More

Lance was the first person to help us. When we told Lance we wanted a used 2010 Kia Soul standard, he showed us one and let us test drive the car.Lance was not pushy about anything. We went back the next day, thinking we were going to get a 2010 Kia Soul. Thanks to David Gibson, we were able to get into a 2012 Kia Soul, with upgrades for the same price as the 2010 Soul. David was very polite, great listener, and knowledgeable. David was not pushy. Loved how we were shown a couple of different options. Our specialist Lance was very understanding in what we were asking/looking for in car and with the payments that we needed to be at. As most everyone does, I dreaded the thought of going to a dealership and spending 4 or more hours negotiating. These guys Heather and Lance were able to get us in and out in almost 2 hours. There was no haggling, no pushy sales rep trying to talk us into getting a car we didn't want. This is my second Kia but my first time at Kia Country. I will forever recommend Lance and the team at Kia Country to all of my friends and family looking for a car in the future. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!!!
