Additionally, with the knowledge that I live several hours from their dealership, I was able to complete nearly my entire transaction online or via telephone so that, upon my arrival, very little had to be taken care of. Norm L'Heureux was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived until I pulled away from the dealership heading home. Norm was also able to prepare my car for the long trip home by having the service department give it a once-over prior to leaving.
