Kia Country CAN I went to Kia Country in a really bad situation with credit and finances after a separation; and in desperate need of a car. I had very little hopes of actually being able to do anything but I had sent an email first just to explain things and see if I should even bother. I went in on a Saturday morning and was quickly introduced to Tony Washington as the guy that was going to be helping me. At first I was a little skeptical because he looked so young!! But he quickly proved to me that he not only knew what he was doing. He patiently went through the lot several times with me and then practically picked out the perfect car for me that wasn't even on the front lot yet. He was there for me to answer questions but was never pushy or trying to oversell. I truly appreciated feeling like someone understood and really wanted to help me and then having them take the time needed to make it all come together. It has been a great experience that I would recommend to wholeheartedly to anyone. I will certainly be a repeat customer. So Tony, be there when I come to trade up!! More

I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like family. John was my sales guy and he and the manager spent hours getting me the deal I wanted and the exact car I wanted. The employee that I signed paperwork with was also amazing. They made my car buying experience very pleasant and they will literally go out of their way to make their customers happy.
