They are holding my car hostage! I was called on Friday to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I drove from MT Pleasant this morning to get it, but when I got there they wou I was called on Friday to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I drove from MT Pleasant this morning to get it, but when I got there they wouldn't let me have the car. The repairs are being covered by JT's Kia in Columbia and apparently they were still working out payment details. They have a PO from JT's and apparently that was good enough for them to call me Friday and tell me to come get the car. When I asked Mitch Jones the "service" manager if their plan was to hold my car hostage until they figured things out... he replied "YES". I guess next time I need work done I'll Drive to Kia in North Charleston... or for that matter I would rather drive to JT's in Columbia than ever go back to Kia Country. More
