I knew exactly what I was looking for, type, color, interior and add ons. At the time there wasn't a match to my requests. However,he listened to my request and followed through with finding me just the right car by following up with me when there was something in that he thought would be right for me. He never made me feel like I had to buy on the spot. Norm still provides customer service even when I go back for an oil change or car wash. Mitch in service is the general manager. I had a minor issue with my car and expressed my concern to him. Mitch's service was seriously above and beyond what I expect! I felt he was approachable, and listened to me. He made my service experience the best I have ever had with any car. Being a female I really appreciate a gut that doesn't seem like a "regular 'ol mechanic". Instead I got the impression he that he was very professional and was going to do what was best for the customer and the dealership. Thanks guys! More
