Complete lies and lack of customer respect All I can say is wow. This place is beyond shady. My wife and I were looking to trade our soul for a new 2015 soul. They advertised $5,000 over book All I can say is wow. This place is beyond shady. My wife and I were looking to trade our soul for a new 2015 soul. They advertised $5,000 over book value and we can get you approved as long as you make $350 a week. After meeting with David we were told we could do $777 down and be good to go with financing. He told us he would call us once his finance guy talked to his underwriter he worked with and we'd be good to go. Two days later and no call. I called David and he acted like I was a complete inconvenience and waste of his time and he'd call me when he called me. I then requested to speak to the Sales Manager who in turn put me in touch with Mike Brand the internet sales manager who informed me that there were not really any notes in the system about this deal but he would take care of it and call me back. 4 hours later no call back. So I call and speak to Mike again. Again we get an excuse for no call back but he can get the deal worked for me. It would be $7,000 down instead of the promised $777 take it or leave it and an astronomical payment. I asked to speak to David and was informed that he was with a customer and would call me back. I then informed Mike that I was going to Stokes Kia and he could care less. Well guess what?? Stokes got it done for less than $1,000 down and the same car payment I have now less than $500 a month. Still no call from anyone at Kia Country. I have also followed up with Kia over this incredibly poor customer service for an existing Kia customer and will follow up with the state attorney generals office for false advertising. More

Today I had the pleasure of meeting KK, the gentleman who brought me to wo I have a 2015 Kia Sorento that I purchased from Kia Country and I love it. Today I had the pleasure of meeting KK, the gentleman who brought me to work after dropping my car off for service this morning. What a nice young man he is. He said he has been with Kia Country for over 8 years now and loves working there. I think that he deserves a raise! He also picked me up and took me back to the dealership to get my car. All and all a very positive experience, not only with Ka Ka, but with the rest of the staff in the service department, including Chelsea. Thank you! More

They made buying my new Kia From the beginning, I needed a dealer that had empathy for me and my issue and I found that at Kia Country of Charleston. They made buying my new Kia Rio as smooth as possible and I am very glad I went to Kia Country to buy my car. I was due a 90-day service checkup, and after contacting the service department about this, the service department responded quickly and performed my initial maintenance. The department was efficient and effective. I will have no problem taking my Rio back for regular visits. More

It took me a month just to decide whether or not to purchase a vehicle and when I went to Kia Country of Charleston I already had a budget and type of car set in mind. Tony did a great job of making this customer experience a great one. After not having a car payment for the last 10 years, this was the first time that I actually purchased the vehicle that I wanted. Tony was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased and he answered all of my questions. My fiance ensure that I got what I wanted and paid what it was worth and this was the best mother's day gift every. Jeremy got us financed with a local bank which makes this so much easier. I would definitely recommend Kia to all of my friends and family. The best feature of my 2012 Kia Optima EX-Turbo series is the key less start and sun roof. I will never have to worry about leaving my key in the car every again. More
