After some research and pricing on the web I emailed Courtney to see if new kia optnia sx turbo was sti What a great experience I had at Kia Country. After some research and pricing on the web I emailed Courtney to see if new kia optnia sx turbo was still in stock and she confirmed. After a few days I E-mailed Courtney to see if I would be wasting there time after explaining what I wanted to pay for the car, Courtney was out of office that day so I received a E-mail from Ayanna explaining that I would not be wasting there time and her manager said that the numbers are close enough that he believed we could come to an agreement easy. I made an appointment to come in and test drive the optima. As I drove into the dealership my thought possess was here we go time to get the hard sell, pushy salesman, you know the feeling. We'll let me tell you what happened. I pulled up got out of my car(trade), Was met at the door by Wade who greeted me and asked if he could assist me with anything. I explained that I hat spoken with Courtney and Ayanna about a new optnia and he said let me go get her for you. Courtney interduced me to Wade and said he would be happy to take you on a test drive. Wade was real easy to talk with was not pushy. Courtney explained what optima SX Turbo I was interested in and after getting keys off we went. Was was very knolageable about the car. When we returned to the store was put me at ease and ran the numbers. When I explained were I needed to be he just made the deal work no hassle not upshot just a real easy man to work with. First time ever buying a car I dint feel like I was being scammed or taking advantage of. The whole process took 15-20 minits. We agreed to a price and that was it. Walkers me through the features of the new car and showed me service while they processes my paper work and bam into finance. Wade asked me if he could do anything else for me we chatted for a few while he oriented me to any features I was not sure of in my new Optina SX turbo we shook hands and off I went.
