I am a full time student and try to work as much as I can. I had so many issues with other dealerships and Lance and Steve at Kia Country really helped me out! They got me into a 2014 Kia Forte. I considered four dealerships before I decided that I preferred the Kia, based on the car's high rating in Consumer Reports. Lance immediately projected friendliness and an interest in meeting my auto buying needs regarding the model I wanted. It took me several days to decide on the configuration of the Forte. When I told Lance exactly what I wanted, the dealership found the only Forte on the East Coast in Goldsboro, NC and brought it back to Charleston, SC the next day. It was immediately detailed and made ready for me to complete the documentation process. I never felt pressured to compromise in any way. I got the exact car I wanted - nothing more and nothing less. I had a dream a few weeks ago and in my dream was that of Kia Country. My 2004 GMC Envoy was giving me much trouble lately. A week later Courtney emailed me the picture of the exact vehicle I had dream about. Ayanna contacted me to just view it this past weekend. When I drove up to Kia Country, I was approach by a gentleman and he introduce me to Ayanna whom then introduce me to Sam and then Lance. I shared my story with Lance and he was a good listener. The customer Service I received was one of the best ever. I work for a good organization and we strive for great customer service but Lance and the others there top the level of service expected. I had one of the best expeirence buying a car at your dealership ever. Starting with the salesman Lance Williams, he was the friendliest salesman I have ever done business with. We have been dealing with Kia Country of Charleston for many years and June of 2012 we moved to Missouri and due to the great customer service and friendliness of this dealership we made a promise that any many years and June of 2012 we moved to Missouri and due to the great customer service and friendliness of this dealership we made a promise that anytime we every needed a new vehicle we would alway come back. We live in the countryin Missouri and was looking to buy a truck and yes we did look in and around our area but nothing came close to what Kia Country had which was a great 2011Dodge Ram so we drove last weekend from Missouri to Charleston to pick it up. It is right at 960 mile one way but because Elijah Tucker, Brian Smith And Steve Applebaum have always gone above and beyond we will travel from wherever we live to purchase our vehicles from them. This dealership does not pressure or push you into something you do not want and they always make you feel welcome. I cannot say enough about each employee that works @ Kia Country of Charleston they are not just employess they are my family. There service department also goes out of there way to make sure there customers are very satisfied and if your ever in a pinch and have a problem or just need a simple oil change they take the time to fit you in. I cannot say enough about this dealership other than if your looking for a great car or SUV or a used car Kia Country of Charleston is THE PLACE TO GO!!! I bought my Kia Sorento EX in 2007 and have had nothing but very good service from Kia Country. They have always been very helpful and more importantly very honest. Anytime I have missed recalls Chelsey an but very good service from Kia Country. They have always been very helpful and more importantly very honest. Anytime I have missed recalls Chelsey and Mitch have always taken care of them without any question. I recently bought a set of tires, and after 10,000 miles I picked up a nail. Chelsey called me, and told me that the tire had to be replaced due to the fact it could not be plugged. I expected to have to pay approximately $150.00 for a new tire, but she told me that there was a warranty on them and there was no expense. I have been wanting to purchase a Kia Optima SX and everytime I go in for service I see Frank Claussen. He told me feel free to call him when I am ready without pushing the sales pitch on me. When I am ready I will use Frank. I am willing to pay a little bit more money because Mitch and Chelsey do such a wonderful job in the service dept. Thank you all for your service.BNG More
