I took my mom here to look at the Kia Soul, a salesman by the name of Lance came out and greeted us. He made us feel comfortable immediately, and asked what color she liked in the lineup, he offered us coffe the name of Lance came out and greeted us. Lance was super knowledgable about all the features; safety, comfort and performance. We went for a test drive and we were sold. The entire staff was friendly inside the dealership, all the way to signing papers at the end. I love that my mom is in one of the safest vehicles with 10 airbags, also roadside service included. I feel confident I helped her to make the best choice for her new car. By the way I researched all mini SUV's before we went looking that night and the Kia was top on the list after researching. I suggest if your going to this dealership to ask for Lance, he was exactly what most people want in a salesman, he didn't push her at all to make a purchase, he simply did his job. Thanks Lance. This is my second Kia. I wanted a Kia after shopping different cars and bought a used Sportage in 2011. When the Sportage became too small for me, Elijah and Courtney tried to find another car. It took a year but they never gave up and so with both their, Brian and Cory's help, I traded in the Sportage and got the Kia I always wanted. I just signed the papers today and now have a Pearl White and beige 2014 Sorento EX. They made my 11 yr old daughter's day with all the "bells and whistles". Courtney, she loves the ventilated seats. I will definitely be back when I need the next one but anticipate keeping this one for a long time. Courtney and Elijah made my experience almost stress free.
