I cannot even to begin how friendly these guy are. They do not come across as people who are doing whatever they can to sell you a car. They feel more like friends, or even relatives who are honestly just do not come across as people who are doing whatever they can to sell you a car. The environment of the building is calm and relaxed. They understand what a big decision this is, and instead of leading you towards the decision they want, they help you make the decision you need. I would recommend this dealership, specifically Wade and Elijah to anyone. I walked into the building at 7:15, and had never financed a car before, they close at 8. They stayed with me until about 9:30 to make sure I left with a good deal and a good car. The prices are also very fair, I did a huge amount of research, and this is the first dealership I ever stepped into that the sticker price was actually already a great deal. This was the second KIA purchased here in the last three months. When I had some minor needs on the first one (RIO 2011) everyone in the service department was superb! I had an appt on Saturday for an oil change. Monday night I had run over something and the tire light came on. I decided on Tuesday morning to stop by Kia to see if I had any damage to my car. Luckil night I had run over something and the tire light came on. I decided on Tuesday morning to stop by Kia to see if I had any damage to my car. Luckily, there was no damage and as always, Mitch and his staff took very good care of me and my Sorento. They completed my oil change and found no damage to my vehicle. They also found that I had a defective part with my wiper fliud motor which is covered under warranty. The part has been ordered and should be in soon. This is why I continue to come back to Kia.
